Return Policy accepts returns of unused merchandise returned in their original, resellable condition within 30 days of purchase - excluding books. In the event that an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of used bedwetting alarms.

How to Return an Item

Submit the following request or call us at 800-998-7750 for a return merchandise (RMA) number before returning your item to us. Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging. We are not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Mail cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since we cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured. You must request a return authorization number within 30 days of purchase and return the item to us for our receipt within 14 calendar days after issuance of your RMA.
